Bringing Breakfast Back!

Raspberry Smoothie

Makes 1 serving



Ingredients:
1 cup of raspberries
1 banana
1 scoop Whey Protein
1 tbsp local honey
2 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp sunflower butter
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale



Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency.

Calories: 598
Fat: 15 grams
Carbs: 83 grams
Protein: 37 grams
Fiber: 21 grams
